The Church we see… The Church we see is God centred, full of new life, exciting and fun to be part of. The Church we see is always on the side of the weak, hurting and broken and will not rest until all people have their core needs met. The Church we see desperately wants to be a place where everyone belongs; and all can find hope, peace and purpose. The Church we see is set up to equip, enable and release all individuals to live extraordinary lives. The Church we see will be a gift to our community attaining a good standing and respect in the town by our actions. The Church we see is Riverside. Could you see yourself being part of a Church like this? If so come and join us in the adventure. For more information and an invitation to coffee please call Darren on 0457 600 061. Alternatively, we invite you to connect with us at any of the events or activities listed.
We have six values at Riverside Church and they all begin with G and all relate to our mission statement of Love God, Grow Together and Share Hope.
Grace: We want to be graceful and gracious in all that we do and say and think because in doing so we show we 'LOVE GOD' who was and is so gracious to us.
Growth: We want to 'GROW TOGETHER' as individuals and as a Church so as to be mature in all things and become like Jesus
Groundings: We want to 'GROW TOGETHER' on the solid ground of shared beliefs
Groups: We want to 'GROW TOGETHER' by growing in relationship with each so that no one is excluded, isolated and alone
Giving: We want to 'SHARE HOPE' by releasing our finances, time, energy, enthusiasm to bless the community of Gawler
Gifts: We want to 'SHARE HOPE' by using the spiritual gifts that God has given us to bless and serve the community of Gawler.
We also have aspirational values
